Student Support and Wellbeing

There are a number of factors in life that affect our mental health and wellbeing such as stress, relationship issues, grief and loss, anxiety, sleeping problems, substance use and more. These things can be difficult and you may not be able to deal with them on your own, but there is support available.

At Benalla Flexible Learning Centre, we encourage students to reach out and seek support from someone they trust. This might mean speaking to:

  •  A mentor
  •  A student wellbeing worker
  •  A parent or guardian
  •  A close friend
  • Family members
  •  A GP (doctor)
